What are your office hours?

We are available Monday through Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m. 

Where are you located?

Our office is located at 10874 Plano Road, Suite A, Dallas Texas 75238.

What if I need something after 5 p.m. or on the weekends?

Our phones are forwarded and answered by a Joshua's staff member.  If we are on the other line, please leave a message and we will return the call promptly.

What do I do if I have an alarm on my equipment?

The first action to take is make sure the patient is comfortable and not being affected.  If there is a problem with the patient call 911 immediately. Carefully review plugs and connections to make sure something did not disconnect.  Review settings on the equipment to verify all are properly set.  If the problem persists, do not hesitate to call Joshua's with any questions.

What do I do if the equipment does not seem to be functioning properly?

Check all settings and connections.  If a recent adjustment to settings or a replacement has been inserted, please make sure all connections and dials are as they were prior to changes being made.
