Service Area

Our service area includes an area within 50 miles of downtown Dallas.  We provide delivery service to your front door on a routine basis of all of your equipment needs. 

 

  • Each ventilator set up includes extensive teaching both prior to patients discharge and post discharge from hospital. A home safety assessment is done prior to discharge.

 
  • Ventilators require seven (7) consecutive days of caregiver instruction prior to discharge with daily home visits for the first week. Ventilators are checked in the home monthly by a respiratory therapist. Oxygen concentrators are checked in home every 60-90 days

     

  • Bi-Pap S/T classified as a part time ventilator, is checked monthly.

     

  • Apnea monitors are downloaded as needed (every two months for Medicaid).

     

  • Therapists are available to troubleshoot problems
