Sofia Salcido 

Sofia is the customer service representative for Joshua’s.  She is the voice you will hear when you call with an order or to coordinate insurance.  She has been with Joshua’s for over 4 years and combines that with over 12 years of experience in the medical equipment field.  Other tasks that she coordinates are order deliveries, insurance authorization, and referrals.  Sofia has extensive product knowledge and a strong understanding of the respiratory business. 

 

Lois LaDay 

The insurance expert in the office is Lois.  Her expertise in insurance filing and A/R management keeps Joshua’s running.  Lois has over 20 years in medical and hospital filing experience and combines that with contract and case management to give insight into the most effective methods to provide for patients.  Her talents also include customer service and phone call overflow.  Her love of children and working with youth provide insight into the needs of our young patients.

 

Lulu Espinosa 

Lulu works diligently behind the scenes to make sure that all of the billing activities and accounting posting are done efficiently and accurately.  Her experience as a medical assistance provides insight into coordination of benefits with insurance companies.  With over 8 years in the medical field, Lulu has the experience and knowledge to make sure that all benefits and claims are correctly accounted for. 

 

Patti Johnson 

Making sure that all of your respiratory equipment needs are filled and delivered is the responsibility of Patti.  She reviews each of the daily orders, coordinates the supplies that are necessary, oversees the loading of the trucks, and then personally delivers each package of supplies to the patient.  Patti has been in the courier business for over 5 years and knows the DFW metroplex inside and out.  Through all types of weather and traffic, she is devoted to making sure that each package is where it needs to be on time.
